GuocoLand was first incorporated in Singapore with the name as Sealion Hotels Pte Ltd back in 1976 and went listed on SGX-ST  in 1978. The Group first venture into property business in late 1990, which eventually become the group core business later.

GuocoLand is the pioneer in developing 99-years leasehold condominium in Singapore. To date, GuocoLand has already developed and sold 34 residential development with more than 9,000 homes. GuocoLand is now recognise as one of the major developer in Singapore private residential market.

Besides Singapore, GuocoLand also active in oversea real estate sector in country such as Malaysia, China, Vietnam, United Kingdom, and Australia. GuocoLand good reputation in property development has won them with numerous awards and accolades both locally and internationally.

Hong Leong Holdings Ltd

Both Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd and Hong Realty (Private) Limited were under Hong Leong Holdings Ltd.

Hong Leong Holdings Ltd was established in 1968 as the development arm under Hong Leong Group. Hong Leong Holdings Ltd was the pioneer in Singapore real estate development and since then emerged as a major player in Singapore real estate sector. To date, it has developed close to 100 residential properties.

Together with City Development Ltd, the group is recognise as the biggest real estate developer and as well as the biggest commercial landlord in Singapore’s core Central Business District.
